If you’re ready to take the next step towards owning your own home, the Starter Home Purchase Scheme (formerly known as the Affordable Purchase Scheme), could help you bridge the gap between what you can afford and the price of a new home. 

Eligible applicants will be prioritised based on Longford Council’s Scheme of Priority.

Prospective buyers are encouraged to apply early as submissions are typically processed on a first-come-first-served basis. This means that eligible applications received first will be given priority.
