Local Authority Home Loan

LAHL

The Local Authority Home Loan (LAHL) is available for people who are unable to obtain sufficient funding from commercial banks to purchase or build a home. The loan can be used both for new and second-hand properties, or to self-build.  Full details of the Local Authority Home Loan, including eligibility criteria, can be found at https://localauthorityhomeloan.ie.

Prior to submitting an application, a pre-application meeting is required with the Loans Department to discuss eligibility to submit application.

HOW TO PAY YOUR HOUSING LOAN

Standing order

Pay through your bank by completing a standing order form. Contact loans@longfordcoco.ie or call 043-3343358 if you require a Standing Order Form.

Please call the Cashdesk at 043 334 33 94 (please ensure you have your Customer account number prior to calling). 

At the Cash Office at Camlin Court, Great Water Street Longford

The office is open for walk in customers between 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm Monday to Friday.

Pay online - MyCoCo

You must register to pay online at the MyCoCo Website or App. If you have already registered, login using your email address and password.
